We can arrange to have lamps designed specifically to meet your needs. Our manufacturer is leading the way in developing High Current Lamps with lower operating voltages to promote New Ballast designs. UV curing is used in a variety of applications. These include Printing, Digital Printing, Photochemical Reaction, UV Disinfection, Semi-Conductor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB), also for the curing of Inks, Paints, Varnishes, Resins, Glues and Adhesives, Surface Coatings and other industrial applications. |

" Super " UV Metal Halide Curing Lamps These are designed specifically to run at 400 watts per inch power level of operation. These run with specially formulated electrodes and contain unique metal halide compound additives and will radiate (depending upon the particular application) between 25% to 100% more Ultra Violet radiation at the Standard Mercury Wavelength Line of 365 Nanometers. No additional Electrical Input power is required. Here the Infra Red Radiation is being converted to more useful 365 Nanometer UV Radiation. These will operate on most Standard Mercury Vapour Ballasts. A typical 400 watt per inch Super UV Metal Halide Series Lamp will equal or out-perform a Standard 600 watt per inch mercury lamp while having the Infra Red Radiation of 400 watt per inch. |
